One of the most important aspects of configuring Calpendo is to make sure that projects are set up the way you want. This means making sure that the projects store the information required for the facility and that projects are approved using a suitable mechanism.
Project Configuration➢Project Template describes the process to help users by setting default values with projects that they create. ➢Configuring Project Properties describes how to change what properties exist within a project. A new Calpendo is configured with a set of properties that may not be required, and there are also probably things missing that are needed. Everybody has their own idea about what information should be collected and so it is important to configure project information before many projects are created. ➢Configuring The Project Approval Process describes how the way in which projects are approved can be controlled. |
